Community consultation
Development of the proposed Low Level Road Improvement Project involves working with the local community, including residents, stakeholders and businesses, to share project designs and planning information and to obtain community feedback to assist in developing and refining the proposed project. The Consultation and Information Sharing Program for the proposed project is summarized in the following table:

Port Metro Vancouver and the City of North Vancouver recently undertook additional community engagement and Information distribution activities as part of the Preliminary Design stage for the Proposed Low Level Road Improvement to further identify community interests, and obtain input to assist in developing and refining project designs.

Community engagement
Between January 31 and February 21, 2011, Port Metro Vancouver, in conjunction with TransLink and the City of North Vancouver, undertook community consultation for the proposed Low Level Road Improvement Project. The purpose of the consultation was to share information about project designs and planning, and to obtain community feedback to assist in developing and refining the project.
Feedback received through the consultation program has been summarized in a Consultation Summary Report. Port Metro Vancouver has responded to all community input in its Input Consideration Memorandum.
